ASHIDA ELECTRONICS (P) LTD., founded in 1970 by Mr. Manohar Kulkarni, has patented much of it's equipment. ASHIDA is the first company in India to develop a range of static and numerical relays indigenously. ASHIDA is also in the field of SCADA i.e. substation automation system. The company has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certifications from M/s. BVQI, U.K. since 1997 All the relays are type tested for their vital parameters with the Central Govt. (India) Laboratories, i.e. The Institute for Design of Electrical Measuring instruments (IDEMI) & the Electronics Regional Test Laboratory (ERTL). All these relays conform to IEC 60255, IS-3231 & IS -8686-1987 & with other relevant standards.

The ADR241B is multifunction over current / Earth fault relay design for requirement of typical medium voltage feeder. All the relay are designed using latest numerical technology and having programmable digital input and outputs to minimized external contac tmultiplication electromechanical relays. All relays are tested for EMI / EMC noise as per international IEC specifications.

The ADR241S is self power communicable 3 OC and 1 EF relay with Instantaneous high set specially designed for RMU (Ring Main Unit ) or compact sub-station where no any external power supply is not available.

Specifications:

  • 4 Element (3 Phase + EF) over current IDMT with instant trip
  • Display of fault current/Load current
  • Selection of Curve: Six selectable curves (Normal Inverse1 (C1), Normal Inverse2 (C2), Very Inverse (C3), Extremely Inverse (C4), Long Time Inverse (C5) & Definite Time (C6)
  • Separate curve selection for phase and EF
  • Latching of fault current up-to last 5 faults
  • Programmable Annunciation Contact
  • SCADA compatibility, IEC60870-5-103 protocol

 

ADR133A is a numerical transformer differential relay with dual bias characteristic for two winding transformer.

Specifications:

  • Online display of Phase Current / Differential Current.
  • Latching of fault current value. 
  • High Speed operation.    
  • Operation is based on fundamental frequency value.        
  • Harmonics restrain for Transformer charging and CT saturation condition.     
  • Programmable Internal ICT (Interposing CT) ratio to match different transformers having different vector groups.
  • Programmable dual bias setting.
